Internship Structure
A 12-Week Program
- Full Time / 40hrs per week (≥480 Total hrs)
- Non-Paid
Variable 3-Tier Developmental Programs
- Youth Interest Internship
Pre-collegiate program for individuals who may be interested in gaining experience with the Strength & Conditioning field - Collegiate Credit Internship
College level curriculum and credit for individuals who have declared majors or may be interested in gaining experience with Strength & Conditioning field. - Career Development Internship
Post-collegiate, intensive curriculum aimed towards hands-on, practical experience, career development and post internship employment within the Strength & Conditioning field.
Structure & Format for Full-Time Internship
- ¼ (120hrs): 1441 S&C, TFR & Sports Reconditioning Program (SRP)
- ¼ (120hrs): All Sports Elite (ASE) (Fitness & Wellness) Program
- ¼ (120hrs): Clinical & Practical Research, Lab and Program Development
- ¼ (120hrs): Additional hours will be spent in specific area of interest

Shadowing our Strength & Conditioning Coaches
Custom Internships according to specific areas of interest (ie: Acceleration, Speed & Agility Development, Team Elite Swimming S&C Program, Crossfit Football, etc.)
Length of internship for current professionals is always situation specific and negotiable.
