In this section we will be explaining how to maximize the ten domains of fitness (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy) in order to reap the most benefits from all movements. We will try to focus on a new movement periodically with some other important health tidbits thrown in.
