Corporate Health & Fitness Program

All Sports Elite (Corporate Health & Fitness Program) is a derivative of 1441 Strength & Conditioning.  The resultant benefits of a world-class performance program are just as beneficial when applied to individuals who may not have to compete in a sports arena.  Quality of life and function of a typical person hold the same foundation as an all-pro athlete preparing for competition and games.  Fitness refers to the degree of body functioning and the ability of the body to handle physical demands.  It is the demands that may differ between the two categories.  The inherent need to develop basic fitness components to achieve both dimensions is what gives 1441 and All Sports Elite a common anchor.  

Some of the basic components of fitness include cardiovascular health and endurance, flexibility, strength, strength endurance, power, coordination, nutrition, balance, mental health and body composition.  The degree of the imposed demands of each of these categories may be greatly different from one person to the next, but every aspect affects everyone each and every moment.  

Many methods are employed to properly develop these basic components of fitness.  Strength and power training, cardiovascular and respiratory development, stretching (both dynamically and statically) and education on nutrition are utilized to improve an individual’s ability to cope with physical demands of life on a daily basis.  The benefits of improving these parameters, often times commensurate with improvements in balance, coordination body composition, relaxation and mental health.  

The goal of All Sports Elite (ASE) is to impart an adoption of an individual’s voluntary will to constantly develop and improve one’s self.
