Update

 

I added some material to the Surf ‘n’ Turf Safety Protocols. I realized it was all about the dangers of cold water and nothing about warm water. The water is fairly warm to boiling 9 months out of the year down here in Florida and we need to be aware of the risks that come with swimming in warm water. I also added a little section about what can be encountered in our Florida waters. Some serious, some not so much. The link is below.

I was thinking about writing a Trail Running safety guide as we will be doing that soon as well. There’s a lot of danger out in the woods. Snakes, trouser snakes, wild boars, roots to trip on, awful bees, hippies and probably some bears. I’ll get around to it sometime soon.
